Social Media Character Analysis - Any Book Novel Study Assignment (Grade 7/8)

I created this fun and engaging assignment that would be a great addition to your novel study, or media literacy unit. I made sure to make this resource applicable for any book so that you can use this for any of the books you utilize within your classroom, or can use this for an independent novel study where the students choose their own books. For this assignment students will be doing a deep analysis of the character by deconstructing the text, and then they will make inferences as to how they would act online. I have specifically connected this resource to the Ontario Language Curriculum C3.2 and C3.3, but this resource is also suitable for any middle school classroom.
